I'm not sure where you live in Kansas, but you ought to make a trip to Jackson and Nemaha counties. I guarantee you'll find a ton of old barns or buildings.. I grew up on a farm north of Soldier, Kansas in Jackson County. Soldier would be a good area.. others are Circleville, Holton, Netawaka, Whiting, Wetmore, Goff.
The towns in Nemaha County are Havensville, Onaga, Corning.......
